ECB offers a choice of three popular finishes: Textura Black, Black Ripple, and Silver Hammertone, as well as Mirror Polished. These textured powder coat finishes are not only attractive and durable but also virtually maintenance-free, making them perfect for modern vehicles and busy lifestyles.
All products with powder coat finishes go through a meticulous 4-step preparation process. Once they are fully prepared, they are coated with the desired finish using an electrocharged dry powder adhesion process.
After the coating process is complete, the products are baked in a specially designed powder cure oven at temperatures exceeding 230°C. This meticulous step ensures that your product is thoroughly protected from the elements, and the finish will last, maintaining its appearance and performance over time.
If you prefer the sleek look of Mirror Polished alloy, ECB has earned a well-deserved reputation for offering the highest quality polished finish in the industry. This reputation is built on ECB's uncompromising standards for craftsmanship, which shine through in the exceptional quality of their polished products. The polishing process is labor-intensive, requiring extensive skill, care, and expertise. When you choose a mirror polished finish from ECB, you'll receive the real deal – a genuine "Mirror Polished" product, not just something that looks shiny.
